We help you select, book and hire celebrity entertainment for your event. We are always your advocate throughout the entire process and we never let you overpay.
Celebrities & Brands | Unique Experiences that Drive Your Message
One aspect of the celebrity selection process that we are regularly asked to consult upon is the “fit” for a celebrity performer or speaker with a client’s brand. Where many corporate events we produce are private, non-profit events frequently are looking to advertise and promote the celebrity appearance in advance of their event.
We Help Make Sure You Hire the Right Celebrity for your Corporate Brand or Non-Profit Cause
Knowing how a celebrity performs and which requests beyond their performance they may accommodate, only comes through the experience of regularly producing many celebrity performers in many different settings. Your audience demographic, company message or vision will guide your selection process. Track record and experience with individual celebrities is what we add to the selection mix. The more unique experiences you can create for your guests the better.
Maximize Your Event’s Celebrity Opportunities
For a Jay Leno performance | Here is an example of how we enhanced a non-profit celebrity event
Recently we produced a non-profit event in Chicago for a charity looking to raise awareness for their organization. They selected a publicly advertised charity performance by Jay Leno. We helped in the selection, then contracted and turn-key produced the entire show. We also coordinated several opportunities beyond just the performance, including:
Meet & greet with VIP guests at a pre-performance cocktail reception with Jay Leno and photo opportunity. (a photo with Jay for all VIPs)
Signing by Jay Leno of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle to be raffled off after the performance. (Jay picked the winner)
Photo-op with Illinois Governor and presenting the Proclamation of Jay Leno Day in Illinois. (Jay’s birthday)
Press event for Chicago media and NBC TV affiliate entertainment news taped interview for broadcast including Charity recognition.
Participation in Charity Auction that included 2 tickets to the Tonight Show and private tour of Jay’s Garage of classic cars.
Hire Celebrity Entertainment for Your Event
Maximizing celebrity impact for your event creates unique experiences for your guests and memories that will be remembered long after your event has ended. For non-profits, media opportunities may be available prior to the event for promotional purposes and post event for additional PR opportunities.

About the Celebrity Meet & Greet and Dressing Room
The Meet & Greet Most celebrity performers and speakers will accept requests for a VIP meet & greet at your event. However, there are very important procedures that should be taken to ensure its success. From the very start, the meet & greet needs to be negotiated as part of the initial contract with the artist. As with most details of any booking, the larger the name, the more requirements they have. Planning Successful Celebrity Meet & Greet Opportunities
The Dressing Room Celebrity performers will almost always require a separate dressing room or green room for their exclusive use prior to the performance, during sound check, rehearsal and post performance. Most celebrity performers have a personal appearance contract that contains a rider for dressing room requirements. Some items are requests, some requirements, some are negotiable and others are completely non-negotiable. Celebrity Dressing Room Preparation Tips and Requirements
