Artist Selection:
You may have a vision of a particular Celebrity Performer at your event,
or maybe you need help selecting the right act. For 22 years we have
been selecting the right performer to match the corporate event's
desired goal. Taking into account the audience demographic,
corporate message, event theme or mission, event budget, logistics
we then compare routing (the act is planning on being in your
event's city the week of your event and will be less costly to produce
then another act that would incur more extensive travel and production
expenses) and our experience with that particular show.
We know
who likes performing for corporate audiences...and who doesn't, who
gives a great show...and who just goes though the motions... and that's
where our experience separates us from other entertainment firms that
don't book celebrities on a daily basis.
Booking Service:
Because we work with the celebrity themselves or
their personal management, we are the most direct source for
availability and pricing. Our pricing is always lower then going
through layers of agents that don't book that particular celebrity on a
regular basis. Because the act receives several dates a year from our
offices, we have the buying power and get you the right price.
Show Production Negotiation:
Probably the most overlooked aspect and
costly item that could be negotiated, is the fulfillment of
the act's production requirements. Many acts have a tremendous list of
requirements beyond their appearance fee. We negotiate these items
on your behalf to
provide a more cost effective show.
For example, we insist that the
performer doesn't need the same light show at your dinner dance in a
hotel ballroom as they
would at Madison Square Garden. Without us negotiating the
technical aspects, we often find the performer's lighting director attempting to
unnecessarily run up the
lighting bill by as much as double. We routinely save our clients $5,000
-$10,000 on this one item alone.
Guaranteed Pricing:
We can provide the celebrity on
an appearance fee
only basis or a fully produced turn key performance.
In either case, there is one price guaranteed for all the services that
you'd like us to provide.
Celebrity Travel Services:
If desired, we will handle the complete travel,
hotel accommodations and hospitality arrangements for the artist. We do
this as a time saver for you... not a profit center for us. We don't
"mark up" airline tickets.
Sound, Lighting, Video, Staging: With regional production offices in New
York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Orlando, and Scottsdale and contacts
internationally, we produce all aspects of the technical requirements
internally for less costs and with absolute control.
On-Site Producer: Our experienced production staff will, if desired, be
on-site for pre-event coordination, rehearsals and stage management
right through load out. Most of our clients welcome the freedom to focus on the
many other
aspects of the event and leave the show for us to produce.
Complete Financial Administration:
We handle all contracts, deposits, methods
of payment, and payroll. All transactions made according to budget
with no last minute surprises to hold up the show. |
