Not
Defining an Ultimate Vision - The
importance of defining the ultimate message, that
desired feeling the guests will have when the last
note is played, is crucial to the success of any
event. A product launch, an incentive dinner, a
client "thank you" event, all have different
agendas. Yes, a performance by a major
artist is fun, but who will drive your message the
best?

Not Defining Audience Demographic
-
Thrusting a
contemporary act on a traditional audience in an
effort to appear trendy... or forcing a classic
Broadway artist on a young rock 'n roll crowd in an
attempt to summon a more sophisticated appreciation
usually fail equally. Some performers actually
bridge several ages, some definitely do not.

Not Utilizing a
Savvy
Wish List -
The selection
process begins with a fully analyzed wish
list of entertainers. Prioritizing the
favored performers, defining their budgets,
availability, venue space,
production and travel requirements etc. All
too often corporate buyers rush to book an
artist not taking an account of the
full scope, maybe a larger name was
attainable for the same budget, maybe a more
suitable artist can be booked. Some
major artists perform differently in
different settings, some never change their
presentation. With more then two decades of
experience producing major performers for
corporate events, we provide our clients a
unique perspective based upon an artist's
track record at private performances for the
corporate audience.
